It was hot at The Melplash Show

Our favorite small agricultural show in Bridport, Dorset.   Set in soft green hills and overlooking the now famous West Bay, probably better known as Broadchurch, a very popular television series and filming another series right now.

The piggies were undercover, out of the direct heat of the sun.   Goodness they looked exhausted.

This little piggie managed to make a some extra shade with his food bowl.

Under here a Grey Faced Devon sheep, with a
a magnificent fleece.   Hot and humid by now.
Near by sheep shearers.   Just a thought!

The Horticultural Show was a delight.   Mad vegetables, who knew they could grow so big?

Beautiful flower displays and the air was full of perfume, which made a nice change from the piggies!

the ferrets seem to have morfed
into monkeys

Mr. Moules Racing Ferrets were not
enjoying the heat, they merely sauntered

So, I have my new iPad Air 2, the next thing is to find a
really nice case.    Apple is too expensive, Amazon has really boring cases, many plastic and not suit for purpose.

After a lot of seaching I came up with Lente Designs.
Fabric covers with fantastic designs, which to choose was
the only problem.

It holds the iPad securely and look great.

my very first indigo quilt had
a redip today, it was looking
very pale.   It needs some
Kantha stitching too

Over the past weeks life has been interesting!    If you have been looking at my Instagram page you will see some pretty pictures, and then there's the one of me having a slight technical rant,

Back and neck manipulated, feeling much better.   Dropped my iPad which landed on a corner which resulted in death cracks.   Now have a new iPad Air which is fabulous.

I managed to mess up my website trying to refresh my Indigo page and stupidly decided I should try a 'theme'.   Bad mistake!    Kris from Weebly suggested a simpler version and I was promted to choose the header with burger and fries!!!!
          Summer Pavillion

It worked - do you like my new header of Bee Eaters?    All the pages have to be upated, most have new headers but there is still evidence of burgers and fries.  It's lunchtime and I am feeling hungry!

The Journal Quilts page is refreshed.    It was nice revisiting all those little quilts.

There was a little light gardening and inspired by
the colours of the sweet peas I just had to rustle
    up some threads to match!

I think that's enough website work for the day!
